hey well I just got a 7130e with Bell Mobility

I dont have a Data/BB plan currently and I just use it for the phone and applications.

my question is Can I download app's off the net and load them on my 7130e without paying $xx/month??

can you recommend any good sites where I can Download?

Welcome to the forums.
Without the Data plan, you won't be able to download apps off the net from the BlackBerry browser. You CAN download apps to your PC and load from your Desktop Manager - Application Loader.
There are lots of apps you can load that way--but with out the Data Plan, remember that any apps which use data (like BBWeather or BeamBerry or JiveTalk) are worthless to you. Here is a link, scroll down to "Third Party Applications" and you'll find a list of commercial and free applications.

Can I download Google maps off the net and upload it on my BB?

Also, if I need to get the data plan, how many mb/$$ will this take to download it off the Cell phone?
