Hi from Scotland

Hi everyone,

I'm going to be our BES Administrator soon, I already look after our Network, M$ Exchange and basically anything else with a plug on it!

I'll be supporting users but have not to get a Blackberry, which is going to make for some interesting supports calls when I don't actually have a device myself!!

Won't be getting any training for the devices either, but will be trained for the server software side of stuff.

I'll be relying on this forum and google for hardware support!!
