help setting up jivetalk

Default help setting up jivetalk

yes i know this question has probably been asked many times but can someone help me set up jivetalk on my pearl in simple terms as i dont know what im doing
i have jivetalk on my phone, and when i try to get the key to sign in for the first time this message comes up "open tunnel-failure"?
do i just need to change some settings on my phone or is it something else, any help would be apreciated

Yes, you probably need to set your TCP settings. Read this and follow the instructions, ask back if you need further help.
