Default Hello

Hello there.
I do not own a BB yet but trying hard to get the boss to cover one for me.
Seems I have been thrust into a job at the office and one of them is the email server. I have a couple of BB 7520 users that after checking email they are no longer able to get email at the PC till i go back to the server and release the inbox.lck file by restarting the IMAP server.
I have to do that about every half hour or so.
I am glad that I found this site though I can already see that it is going to be alot of help to me.
