hello, just got the 8830. having lots of typing errors due to gardener's fingers. seems to have been designed for microfingers.
totally disappointed that verizon and RIM didn't make it easier to transfer contacts, e-mail adr's. that took two days. still haven't been able to go on-line. tips booklet totally worthless, as icons are so small i have to use two sets of glasses.
worst problem hitting alt and z at the same time, to use 7.
tried to use the bluetooth, two people could not hear me.
does not sync as directions state. the mail inbox is different between computer and blackberry, aka bb.
i hope this is not becoming another expensive headache.

You should post that in the 8800 series forum this is the 8300 series forum
