My name is Nicole and I work for Verizon Wireless...please don't hate me! Lol! I have the 8830, but I have had 15 other models since I started working in this industry. I worked for AT&T Wireless then Cingular after the merger and then AT&T again, I also have worked for Sprint and T-Mobile. Regardless of the provider I have worked for I've always been a Verizon Wireless customer. I'm here to give what little help I can and to learn what I can. Welcome to the forums. I might be in touch with you soon. We are looking to upgrade all of our users from Nextel devices to Verizon with as little inconvience to the users as possible.
