Upgraded to 8100, but transfer problems...

Hi everyone. I have just upgraded to the 8100 Pearl, and previously carried the older BB and a Nokia Cell Phone. Finally I discovered how to load my phone contacts into my Lexus GS300, but the problem I have now is that I don't know how to get all the numbers from the contacts list into the car's phone. Can anyone help me? Thanks. Don
