I am trying to get started with Blackberry, I am sick and done with Palm. I can't find a way to get my Palm 680 info to my new Curve, even Outlook will only do CSV of contacts nothing else. The Wizard does not work with the 680.

You can't sync your Palm with Outlook instead of Palm Desktop?

Thanks John for thequick response. I am totally new to the forum or Blogs idea. I don't recall seeing that as an option on the Palm. It seems to me that when I started it gave me the option to import from Palm. I have not seen anything that allows export directly to Palm.

Setup the HotSync/Palm Desktop (it's been a while since I've done palm stuff) to sync with Outlook. Then sync Outlook to the BB. Importing is one way, but it's easier to just sync the Palm with Outlook then sync Outlook with the BB.

Chaplain, welcome to the group!

I never used Palm. I came to blackberry from windows mobile/pocket pc and did just whay JC says. If you were syncing with outlook before, just set up desktop manager to sync the blackberry with outlook (as JC says).

Does that work for you?

Greetings, Chaplain (we need one around this joint, by the way), and welcome to the group.

Syncing your Palm to Outlook, and then Outlook to BB is the way to go, if your Switch Device Wizard does not work.
