Default Black berry Novice - 09-11-2007, 11:38 PM

Greetings,
I am in need of some help. i have a black berry 8700. i dont know the first thing about blackberry. i tried to download the desktop device manager but i experienced some errors. can someone please walk me through the setup.
i want to ultimately sync with my outlook.

Welcome to the group. Desktop manager is pretty straightforward. Just drill down through menus and set options..... If you still have problems after following the link JC gave you, you need to give some info... what you are doing and what you are seeing when you run into the problem.
