Hi all, I have just purchased a blackberry 8300 so I it was great to come accross your site as I am having a few problems with the device which I hope your members can advise/help on.
1. When I put all my phone numbers in the address book they appeared to be in the sim card memory and when I try to transfer them to the address book this does not work?
2. I set the e-mail filters but all e-mail is coming through. How can I avoid this?
3. When an e-mail arrives it will not allow me to open an attachment as it says it is in an unrecongnized document format. The attachments I would like to open appear to come in a word format.
As you will see from the above I am not doing very well in getting to grips with my new 8300. I hope you can help. (I need it!)
