Before posting I have searched here and elsewhere to see what I may be doing wrong.
I have created email filters on my 9780 which are not working.
I highlight a message, open the menu to "Filter By", choose sender, give the filter a name, enter my email address in to "To:" field, enable To, C/c and Bcc, and then save.
The filter is there but the emails come through anyway.
I should not have to do this on a PC.
Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: More information.
On the device in 'email settings' it shows no filters configured.
Yet I have enabled many using the method above..
So I created a bunch in 'email settings', and that will likely resolve things, but I still would like to understand why the first method is not working.
