|  9700 upgrade to OS6
Please Login to Remove! When I launch my BB desktop manager, it shows that an update is available for my 9700. After going through the whole upgrade setup, I get a message "A fatal error has occurred while updating your device's software. Please try again". I have tried this several times, each resulting in the same error. How can I fix this?? |
