Return Policy

On Freight Shipments we charge a flat rate of $200 USD to start the process for freight shipments. If the cost of freight should be more than $200, We at Integrity Electric will cover up to $50 USD over the flat rate amount! Should the freight be more than $200 USD plus the $50 USD or a total of $250 USD the Buyer will be responsible to cover diffrence in price!

Warranty:
Most of our Items have a warranty of some type. These types include 30 Day, 90 Day, 1 Year and 2 Year. Our warranty and company is not a representative of the manufacturing company. The Warranty is covered only by Integrity Electric, this warranty covers failure to be fully operational during warranty activation time and seller descression. Seller Descression means that we reserve the right to choose either a replacement, repair or refund after the intial 30 days is up. When contacting us about the warranty the more infromation you provide the better we will be able to assist you in exchanging or giving you a refund less than or equal to that of the cost of the item. The warranty does not cover: Shipping damage in the event of a return from buyer to seller, damage due to installation error and/or and electrical overload.
