Acquired from government surplus. As you know with most government agencies, when a new grant comes in, they have to justify the grant by buying new equipment leaving very useful equipment for surplus. COMES A SHOWN! Cosmetic wear and very dirty. Doesnt power up. Missing some parts. Cased is banged up and off tilt, doesnt seem to sit evenly on bottom. Harder to find version. Has some large markings from previous owner. Parts unit, great for harvesting parts or for refurb!
