Compact Portable Potentiometer model 72-310 made by the James G. offerdle Co. Unit is in very nice untested condition, case has few wear marks but no cracking, all the controls meters etc intact and in nice condition! also comes with instruction manual, conversion tables chart and three usage charts. This looks like something straight out of Star Trek, very unique collectible, no idea if it works being sold as-is untested, takes three D size batteries. battery compartment very clean!
