Frequency West PLL brick oscillator, 12.6 GHz output, model MS-800XEL. \"Brick\" contains an adjustable cavity oscillator (now at 1410 MHz) that is phase locked to a harmonic of your external frequency source. Here, the X15 harmonic of my 94.00000 MHz generator is phase locked to the 1410 MHz cavity oscillator. The multiplier block is X9, and the 12.690 GHz output is 14.5 dBm. Note that the bandpass filter on the WR-75 waveguide is part of the multiplier block and is adjustable--but not removable. Look at the very clean RF output: SA is at 1 MHz/division. This brick is in superb clean condition. Brick requires minus 20 VDC at about 0.35 A. The WR-75 to SMA adapter, the attenuator, and the cables are not included in sale.
