.Hello you are offerding on a non working Henry C250AB10R VHF Band continuous duty repeater power amplifier. I am not the original owner It is rated at 250 watts continuous output with 10 watts drive. It has been configured for a drive level of 10 watts.The dimensions are approximately 19 inches long by 6.5 inches rack height by 6 inches deep. This amplifier has been serviced 2x since I have owned by TE systems and was operating on vhf frequency 146.565. This model has thermostat controlled fans for conservative cooling. The amplifier operates from 13.8 VDC power and requires about 50 amps of current at full output. An optional relay system has been configured for repeater drop out operation or for transmit/receive base station operation ,and TE systems beefed up/replaced RF final sections when last serviced. Amplifiers was working flawlessly until high swrs with antenna caused Rf failure in 2015. Amplifier has been sitting in shack since 2015.Prior to listing I did perform a perform a quick test with 5 watt input , amplifier relay clicks, but there is no rf output power. Amplifier exceeds my current needs and expertise,so I have decided to sell as a tech special .Special bonus included with sale,1 brand new MRF 247 Transistor.Note I lost four screws on top of amplifier case when I was opening to inspect in 2015. I will replace with substitutes before shipping out.Current upgrades which were performed by TE are well worth over 400 dollars. Please don’t offer if you don’t have the expertise to repair.
