Shipping/Freight Services:
Unless you request otherwise, I will automatically combine all items you purchase into one package unless impractical or impossible due to weight, dimensions, value, fragility, regulations, or PayPal rules, etc. And, unless you request otherwise, I will try to select the most economical or practical carrier and service. Most often I ship via USPS, then FedEx Ground, then UPS Ground. Express packages ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL. For very large and/or very heavy items I can usually arrange local pickup.
If you have a need-for-speed and require an express carrier/service then please advise ASAP, if possible before making a purchase, or at least together with your payment AND via \'s messaging system. I can\'t guarantee lightning speed but I\'ll do what I can.
Multi-Quantity and Multi-Item orders:
\'s shipping calculator typically does not accurately calculate shipping/freight for Multi-Quantity and Multi-Item orders. It calculates with PACKAGE weight and dimensions rather than ITEM weight and dimensions, and it doesn\'t select other services when package parameters are exceeded, or convert to flat rate services when those are more economical. When the amount \'s shipping calculator quotes you seems excessive, request an invoice in \'s Checkout and WAIT until you receive the invoice before submitting payment. If Checkout doesn\'t offer you the option of requesting an invoice, then contact me via \'s messaging system. Please understand that I can\'t respond immediately; I have to pull stock, package your items, calculate shipping cost, and send you an invoice; I don\'t work 24/7/365 so please be patient.
Alternatively, you can submit what \'s calculator quoted and request a refund of any excess, but \'s final value fee extends to shipping cost so your refund will be reduced in proportion to their rate, which is typically ten percent. (PayPal automatically refunds that portion of their fee but does not.) Also, you\'ll have to be patient because I do \"accounting\" only once or sometimes twice per week.
International Shipments:
I ship internationally via \'s \"Global Shipping Program\" freight-forwarding service, which has country-specific limitations, rules and requirements, so please review their terms on their Buyer Information Page. I have no influence or control over their service, so please direct any and all issues with the service to . The USPS does not offer tracking with all services to all countries, which typically excludes their economy flat-rate services, and USPS international postage rates are astronomical anyway. Other carriers\' rates are typically higher, so \'s freight forwarding service is usually more economical, plus it insures both buyer and seller.
If necessary, I can ship directly via FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS-Express, and to some countries via USPS-Priority. Due to the shipping requirements of \'s and PayPal\'s protection policies, ALL PACKAGES MUST BE TRACKABLE, and to some countries they must be fully insured (because thievery is apparently the primary job function of customs and postal personnel in those countries.) It\'s impractical for me to pre-calculate a multitude of international rates in advance, or to quote exact rates; if you request, I\'ll provide weights and dimensions you can enter into carriers\' shipping calculators so you can estimate shipping costs. Some buyers have told me that when their country isn\'t serviced by \'s GSP then Checkout doesn\'t offer the possibility to request an invoice from me. In this case please use \'s messaging system (\"Contact Seller\") to request an invoice.
Any and all import duties or fees or related costs are the buyer/importer\'s responsibility, and if the package is detained or impounded or confiscated or rejected, and etcetera, then the buyer is responsible for any and all consequences. Check with your customs/import authority before offerding or buying.
