PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:These have been professionally cleaned, refurbished, and tested to ensure they are in Grade A condition by our certified technicians. Our shop is certified specifically for Toshiba/IBM repair so these have been restored and tested to their specifications to mitigate any potential failures. They come as you see pictured with no other accessories or peripherals other than the MSR that is pictured. We include a wiped, tested 160GB SATA HDD (NO OS installed) so buyer is responsible for Windows licensing, cost of license, and imaging of the drive. Buyer must ensure I/O is compatible with their peripherals prior to purchase. We will offer a replacement in the event a buyer receives a unit that is DOA (dead on arrival) or the unit has hardware related issues. We will not take returns software/OS issues and do not offer support for any software, driver, or OS related issues. Our warranty only guarantees a replacement part or whole unit in the event a warranty claim is approved, not a refund. Buyer must notify the seller within the 60 day period of any issues to be eligible for replacement parts or terminal and buyer must receive a valid RMA# and authorization prior executing a warranty claim. Seller reserves the right to deny a warranty claim in the event damage is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, the mechanical parts inside or parts outside have been tampered with by the buyer, broken touch glass, liquid damage, smoke/fire, or electric shock damage or any other related issues caused by the buyer. Seller also reserves the right to request the unit be returned in original shipping condition and tested prior to any replacement given. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges in the event of a warranty claim.
