Frequency West PLL brick oscillator, 5.8-6.4 GHz output, model MS-54XO. \"Brick\" contains a cavity oscillator about 1200 MHz that is phase locked to a harmonic of the internal ovenized crystal oscillator (around 100 MHz). Here I am using a 100.00000 MHz SC-cut crystal--which is not included in this sale--and the X12 harmonic is phase locked to the cavity oscillator. The multiplier block is X5, and the 6000 MHz output is 11.2 dBm. Look how clean the 6000 MHz output is: SA at 1 MHz/division. The other SA pic (at 100 MHz/division) shows the XTAL harmonics at the XTAL MON output. Brick requires minus 20 VDC at about 0.3 A.
