Up for sale are TWO mark 3 ballasts which I obtained secondhand, so I cannot speak on whether they are new or used. They are still in their original boxes, and the wires look uniform and undisturbed, so I can assume they have never actually been used before. Whether they have or not, one ballast has a bent screw hole(see picture), which doesn\'t affect functionality. I will probably not ship the boxes, since they are just extra weight, and these suckers are already like 10lbs a piece. Anyway, feel free to contact me with any questions, thanks!
