TERMS OF SALE:
•Only what is shown in the photo and mentioned in the listing is included, anything else should be understood to not be included.
•For sale is for the item only, no service or tech support are included, but if you have a question feel free to ask and we\'ll answer if we can.
•All sales are final, please understand that this is an sale/liquidation environment, not a retail store, so make sure the item is right for you, before offerding.
PAYMENT:
•We accept payment by Paypal, and we only ship to the address which the buyer provides within the Paypal payment, no exceptions.
•Buyers are given 4 days from winning offer to pay, and payment is expected of all winning buyers
If no payment is made within 6 days, an unpaid item reminder will be filed with , and the buyer forfeits the sale win.
•We are required by state law to collect sales tax on all items shipping to a CA address.

DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING:
•Local pickup is normally not available; exceptions are sometimes made, but only for higher-valued orders. Please contact us first to see if we can make this arrangement.
•We charge flat-rate shipping, and there is no extra cost to ship to AK, HI, PR, or PO boxes, these are all fine.
•Shipping cost includes packaging cost, time & materials, and also includes shipping insurance (either through carrier, or self-insure); we guarantee delivery to the address you provide.
•Smaller items will normally ship USPS and heavier items will normally ship Fedex Ground.
•Packages valued $500 or more will ship with signature required upon delivery.
•Items will normally ship within 1 business day from the date of payment.
•You can typically expect to receive your item in 5-9 days and for larger heavier items shipping will be ground delivery.
FREIGHT SHIPPING:
•Oversized items (150+ LBs) may be picked up locally, or may be shipped freight, but scheduling the freight shipment is buyer\'s responsibility.
•Scheduling a freight shipment may be done at freightquote.com, or another freight broker or carrier, only a credit card is required.
•Freight shipping is from zip code 95112, commercial location, forklift available for loading, and outgoing shipments must be scheduled.
•We can prepare the shipment for you upon request, palletizing, strapping down, and/or shrinkwrapping, there is a $50 palletizing fee.
•Bill of lading must be provided to us at least 24 hrs in advance of scheduling shipment, and ship-to address must match the shipping address in your Paypal payment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
•We use \'s (GSP) Global Shipping Program for International buyers. Please check prior to offerding/purchasing because not all items may be shipped internationally.
•International buyers are responsible for GSP shipping cost and also import duties / taxes of your country of residence.
•International shipping cost is not refundable for any reason. Please only offer if you agree to the terms.
WARRANTY:
•All of our items are guaranteed to arrive in working condition, unless specified in the ad.
If there is any problem with your order we will provide a replacement item or a refund, but we ask that you return the item Promptly, please try to return it within 2 weeks, and should be received by us at the very latest 30 days after you received the package.
After 30 days we cannot accept any returns, so please check your purchase promptly and let us know if there happens to be any issues.
•Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all included items - returning the item damaged or dismantled will void the warranty.
•We do not cross-ship, or ship any replacement, before the item is returned to us.
•Once the item is returned, we will ship a replacement item, if it\'s available.
•If a replacement isn\'t available, You will get a full refund.
