This listing is for VoIP phones that connect to your network and also for Avaya compatible digital phones that directly connect to your phone system into digital station ports on the combination card ports 1-6, ports 7-8 are for analog phones/devices and ports 9-12 are for analog CO phone lines.
That means the installation of the VoIP phones is more involved and will require network knowledge and more work on the installation versus an Avaya compatible digital phone.
Avaya VoIP Phones will to connect to a power supply (not included in this listing – available for $9.99 each) or a Power over Ethernet (POE) Switch (not included in this listing) that then connects to a Switch (not included in this listing) that will then connect to the Avaya IP Office 500 V2 Processor via the LAN or WAN ports.
For the digital phones wiring will be needed - see comments below:
Phone System Wiring:
You will need to connect the phone lines into the phone system from your phone company's phone line box with an individual wire for each phone line (single pair/2 Conductor should be fine – 2 pieces of copper on the phone jack).
You will then need each phone to also have an individual home run wire run from an available IP Office digital station port to the desired location of each phone using a minimum of a 2 Pair/4 Conductor wire (meaning when you look at the phone jack you should see 4 pieces of copper).
For easier to install packages see my other bundles with digital phones that are powered by the phone system digital station port where phone system wiring for each phone will be needed from an available digital station port to the desired location of each phone.

Avaya IP Office Bundles
The items included in this sale are 1 Used Avaya IP Office 500 V2 Processor that is fully tested and defaulted (release may vary between 6.0 - 7.0). I have the software at the highest version under 8.0 so no licenses are needed for a working phone system. This means I have taken the time to make sure the SD card and the 500 V2 Processors software levels match up so there is no LICENSE conflict showing up on the system when you connect phones.
The number of base card slot covers will be 2 with power cord with 1 IP Office 500 V2 SD Card loaded with corresponding processor release software that includes the embedded voice mail and the ability to add licenses, 1 Avaya IP Office VCM 32 Version 1 base card 700417389 that provides 32 VCM channelsand 12 Virtual IP Endpoints - on the Avaya IP Office each VoIP phone conversation uses/requires a VCM channel and an IP Endpoint. 1 Avaya IP Office combination card 700476013 card that provides 6 Avaya digital station ports, 2 analog station ports and 4 analog phone line ports and 10 VCM Channels. Phones included are 3 Avaya 1408 digital phones and 3 Avaya 9640 VoIP phones.
If you want more than 12 VoIP phones you will need to add IP Endpoints - this can be done by adding another VCM 32 Version 1 Card or by adding IP Endpoints by adding licenses.
The lowest cost way to get both VCM Channels and IP Endpoints is to buy an IP Office 500 VCM 32 Version 1 base card 700417389 that comes with 32 VCM channels and 12 virtual IP Endpoints (Version 2 IP Office VCM 32 base cards 700504031 do not come with IP Endpoints so be careful!).
