Up for sale is a B&K 501A Semiconductor curve tracer. Another great item from a retired Radio-TV Broadcast Engineer who took great care of his equipment.Per his notes, in 2019 he replaced all the electrolytic capacitors and calibrated the unit. I opened up the unit and the capacitors have all been replaced, see pictures. Replacing old capacitors are usually required to restore the unit to full like new operation.This unit was tested and both PNP and NPN transistors and produced very nice and accurate results.NOTE!! The Oscilloscope shown was used for testing in X-Y mode and IS NOT included in this sale.You will also get the 3 prong BNC connector that plus into the top of the unit and you will also get the BNC jumpers shown in the below pictures.Comes with operational manual that has a lot of pages with in depth explanations on how to operate the unit. The first picture shows the O-Scope in normal operation showing the output waveforms from the B&K and they look very good and clean.
