This workhorse amplifier is intended for microphone or telephone paging plus background music. It must be mounted vertically for proper ventilation. There is no 8-ohm output, but the 25V output is 6.25 ohms, which will drive an 8-ohm speaker without damage. (Output power will be slightly reduced)Muting is variable, which avoids the total dropout of music during paging. An Aphex Aural Exciter function is provided to increase \"punch\" during paging.
