Very nice crystal for 3.980 MHz. Made by Bliley Electric Co in Erie PA. Tested for clean oscillation, works just as expected on assigned frequency. Bliley calls this construction an AX2 but it fits nicely in a socket for a standard FT-243. Good luck offerding!
