Binder in pre-owned condition with normal wear on the outside. Item is in good, strong shape. Zipper functions properly. The only issue this binder has can be seen in the last pictures, where both pen holders on each side are worn out. Perhaps they can be painted, or simply removed, but I will leave that up to the buyer. Priced accordingly.Some inserts are included:
