- If you purchased an item that was listed as New, New other, or Used and it does not function as intended, you may return the item for a full refund of your purchase price plus shipping. Many of the items I sell come from a surplus warehouse and I am unable to test the item to determine its true operational condition. If an item is “dead on arrival” or does not function properly, it is not the customers fault and I believe they should not have to incur an expense. If the customer requested special shipping such as Next Day Air, I will only reimburse the amount of the original shipping charge posted in the listing. For example, if a shipping charge of $12.95 was posted in the listing and the customer requests next day air that cost $89.00, only $12.95 will be refunded so please consider this before requesting special shipping. In most cases, I am also willing to pay for the return shipping, but you MUST contact me first to determine the method of shipping I prefer the returned. I will not reimburse 100% for expensive forms of shipping such as Next Day Air or Overnight.
- If you purchased an item that was listed as “For Part / Not Working” and you are completely dissatisfied with the item, it may be returned for a full refund of your purchase price. Your shipping charge will not be refunded and I will not pay for any of the return shipping.
- If you purchase and item and decide it is not what you wanted, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price. This includes clothing items that do not fit. Your shipping charge will not be refunded and I will not pay for any of the return shipping.
