Instructions:
1. Used as an ordinary buck-boost module with over-current protection capability.
(1) Adjust the CV constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the voltage value you want.
(2) Use a multimeter to measure the output short-circuit current in the 10A current range (connect the two test leads directly to the output terminal), and adjust the CC constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined overcurrent protection value. (For example, the current value displayed by the multimeter is 2A, then the maximum current when you use the module can only reach 2A, when the current reaches 2A, the red constant voltage constant current indicator light is on, otherwise the indicator light is off).
Note: When used in this state, since the output terminal has a current sampling resistor of 0.05 ohms, there will be a voltage drop of 0-0.3V after the load is connected, which is normal! This voltage drop is not pulled by your load Low, but reduced to the sampling resistor.

2. Used as a battery charger
The module without the constant current function cannot be used to charge the battery. Due to the large voltage difference between the exhausted battery and the charger, the charging current is too large and the battery is damaged. Therefore, the battery should be constant at the beginning. Current charging, when the charging reaches a certain level, it will automatically switch back to constant voltage charging.
Instructions:
(1) Determine the float voltage and charging current of the rechargeable battery you need; (If the lithium battery parameter is 3.7V/2200mAh, then the float voltage is 4.2V, and the maximum charging current is 1c, which is 2200mA).
(2) Under no-load conditions, the multimeter measures the output voltage and adjusts the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the float voltage; (if charging the 3.7V lithium battery, adjust the output voltage to 4.2V).
(3) Use a multimeter to measure the output short-circuit current in the 10A current range (directly connect the two test leads to the output terminal), and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined charging current value;
(4) The default charging current of the lamp is 0.1 times the charging current; (the current of the battery is gradually reduced during the charging process, and the constant current charging is gradually converted to constant voltage charging. If the charging current is set to 1A, then when When the charging current is less than 0.1A, the blue light is off and the green light is on, and the battery is fully charged at this time).
(5) Connect the battery and charge it.
Step 1, 2, 3, 4 means that the input terminal is connected to the power supply, and the output terminal is no load and not connected to the battery.

3. Used as a high-power LED constant current drive module
(1) Determine the operating current and maximum operating voltage you need to drive the LED;
(2) Under no-load conditions, the multimeter measures the output voltage and adjusts the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the highest LED operating voltage;
(3) Use a multimeter to measure the output short-circuit current with 10A current gear, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined LED working current; (4) Connect the LED and test the machine.
(Step 1, 2, and 3: the input is connected to the power supply, and the output is no-load without the LED light.)

Note: When using this module over 3A, 35W, please strengthen heat Module input IN- is forofferden to short-circuit with output OUT-, otherwise the constant current function will fail.
2. Make sure that the power of the power supply is always greater than the power required by the output load!
3. The module input has no input anti-reverse function, please pay attention to the positive and negative direction of the power supply.
4. If the module wants to output at full load, the input voltage must be above 8V. When the input voltage is 5V, the output power is about 15W. The maximum current value of the module is 4A, provided that it is limited by the maximum output power, such as output 17V, and the current should not be greater than 2A
5. The module has output short-circuit protection function.
6. The module has an input under-voltage protection function, the default is about 4.2V, when the value is lower than this value, it will automatically disconnect the output, and the input voltage can be started automatically after recovery.
7.The module contains three indicator lights, constant voltage and constant current status indicator (red, light on in constant current mode), charging indicator (blue), full charge indicator (green, turning light current is 1/10 of the set current)
