The EVPEN is your all-purpose vacuum handling system for the miniature SMD, BGA\'s and tiny chips typical in today micro-electronic production including: chip scale packages (CSPs) and the very tiny 0201, 0402, 0603 and 0805. And it is ideal for handling semiconductors, wafers and small, flat surfaced objects such as plain and siliconized cover slides, as well as plastic slides. This belongs on every technician\'s pressure adjustable.
