Shipping, Handling, Tracking and Insurance
We ship worldwide. Our preferred shipping method is Canada Post. However, we regularly use different carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and others for some of our international, oversea and oversized shipments.
The choice of the carrier is at our discretion but the shipping fees will be clearly indicated during the purchase process (please note that for oversized items, whenever shipping needs to be arranged on a case-by-case basis, this will be clearly indicated in the product description).
The vast majority of orders ship within 24 hours after payment has been received by us (except for larger items shipped by carriers other than Canada Post or UPS for which custom transport needs to be arranged).
If shipping rates are not specified for your location, please contact us to obtain shipping fees prior to purchasing.
Please note that low value products are often shipped via ground transport which takes longer but keeps shipping costs at a reasonable level compared to the product’s value. Whenever applicable, this is indicated in the product description.
All shipments outside of Canada require a contact phone number. International customers are responsible for all custom fees, import taxes and other fees applied by their respective countries. All custom, duty, brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking information will be emailed once your item has shipped.
We are a registered business in Canada so applicable sales taxes do apply to Canadian ship to addresses.

We reserve the right to re-list the item if not paid after 7 days.
A payment not received within 7 days is automatically reported as an unpaid item with , to recover the fees. If we have not received payment by the 8th day, the sale will be turned over to for Final Value Fee Reimbursement (FVF).
Note: An unpaid dispute will NOT hurt your standing on but a FVF request will affect your standing on .
Once fees are credited, the checkout is closed and the item is re-listed. This is an automated process.
While we fully understand that it is sometimes necessary to return a product, we ask you to read the following instructions carefully to ensure your return goes smoothly, and that you receive your replacement or refund in a timely manner with minimal hassle:
First let us know you need to return a product by contacting us with the product info, the transaction number and a short line on reason for the return (the reason is just for our info as we do not challenge returns within the return period).
Pay attention to the dates: You need to contact us before the end of the return period (day 1 is the day after you received your product from us). After the return period has ended, you can no longer return the product.
Do not ship right away: Wait for us to emit a Return Authorization and to confirm the return method.
Whenever possible and convenient, a returned item will be replaced by an identical item instead of issuing a refund.
We only emit Credits/Exchange once the original product has been returned back to our store in the same condition it was shipped, in its original packaging and has been tested for defects.
Please note that our warranty does not cover shipping charges to and from the customer.
If you have any questions in regards to returning an item, please contact us and be sure to include the item number, transaction number and a concise description of the question or issue in your message.
Refused items upon delivery will be considered has a return and therefore shipping charges will not be credited.
