I tested the instrument by taking some basic measurements (AC-V, DC-V, and Ohm), and it works well. The various buttons seem to be doing what they are supposed to be doing. The lights associated with the buttons light up as they should. The housing shows its age (minor scratches and some discoloration), but it is free of any cracks or other signs of physical abuse.
The test leads in some of the pictures are NOT included; only the power cord is.The manual is a photo copy.
