Product Overview
Some of the cabling available or that are included will hook up to pressure monitor, amplifiers, and recording systems. This simulator is designed for biomedical engineers, technicians, manufacturers and service organizations. It is also useful for training nurses and other health care professionals in the correct setup and operation of pressure monitors, and in the steps required to identify defective transducers.

Manufacturer’s Advertisement
The BP-28 contains a precision, thermally stable, bridge that simulates the electrical characteristics of pressure transducers used with patient monitors and provides 45 pressure levels from -500 to +500 mmHg. Selectable excitation (input) and signal (output) resistance is used to determine how a monitor functions with a transducer that has an excitation resistance as low as 200 Ohms, a signal resistance as high as 3000 Ohms, or both as defined by the ANSI/AAMI Standard for Blood Pressure Transducers (BP22-1994). Selectable signal resistance can also be used to measure the input impedance of a pressure amplifier.
Fogg System Company provides Cables for connecting the BP-28 to over 500 models of pressure monitors, amplifiers, and recording systems.

If you are purchasing more than one item from us at the same time, please contact us before paying. We may be able to offer a discount on shipping by combining items into one shipment.
Standard Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping methods are chosen at our discretion, either by USPS First-Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground. The standard shipping price listed is only good for the continental United States. Please contact us for a shipping quote if shipping to the following areas: Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. territories, and international. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically at the end of the business day, once your shipment has left our facility. UPS overnight is only available until 2pm EST in order for us to ship on the same day. Please call to verify we\'ve received your overnight request. Same-day shipping for overnight shipments is not available during holidays or weekends. If you are sending to a PO Box, your purchase must be shipped via USPS-- either First Class, Priority, or Parcel Post -- without exception.
Freight
For larger and sensitive items that we have designated for freight shipment, New Life Scientific keeps it simple by offering a flat rate of $260 for freight to the lower 48 states.
Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged by the shipping carrier, please take clear images before & after opening your package to document the extent of the damage. The claim will require pictures of different angles of the box/crate before opening, and the damaged product(s) after opening. Email us immediately with your order number, found on the top of your invoice, along with the images and we\'ll begin the claim process.
Local Pickup/Customer Arranged Shipping
Local pickup is available for those arranging their own freight carriers and direct customer pick up. If customers will require packaging for local pickup or shipping arrangements, New Life Scientific can provide packaging. Basic palletization of a product with foam cushioning is $25. For crating or more significant packaging, please contact us for a quote.
Special Packaging
For high value and high sensitivity items that require special packaging, we use several layers of bubble wrap and shrink wrap to seal the product in a protective bubble so the product always arrives in the condition in which you purchased it. If you check our response you will see we never have any of our equipment arrive damaged due to improper packaging!
International shipping
As previously stated, our standard shipping price listed is only good for the continental United States. Contact us for a quote for international shipments. All standard International Shipments do not offer confirmation or insurance, but they can be included for an additional cost. All International customers are responsible for their country\'s duties & taxes. Please check with your country\'s requirements before purchasing.
International Freight
For international freight, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. If you should choose to purchase at our flat rate of $2,000, please know that we will use ocean freight shipping which can take up to a month to arrive.
International Shipping Restrictions
In order to be eligible for standard international shipment, items must have a final sale price of at least $150. In order to be eligible for international freight shipments, items must have a final sale price of $1,500.
We do not offer international shipping to Laos, Iran, or Syria.
