-I describe my items to the best of my ability. I personally scan all my items for imperfections with a bright light and I notate them, if there are any.
-I do not smoke. So my items are smoke-free. I have taken the time to wash or dry clean my items before listing (specified in description if dry cleaned). I do have pets, but all of my clothing items are not in a location where my animals can lay on and/or damage my items.
Most of my clothing items will be sent in poly-mailer envelopes & wrapped in tissue paper (unless they are too large to fit).
-A general note with all my items: My clothing items are sold AS IS !!
Used/pre-owned items are not going to be 100% perfect. They will have gentle signs of wear, wash, and possibly even light pilling. I will add/write in the description of any stains, holes, or other significant damage.
Vintage/antique items are not going to be in perfect, pristine condition, that’s what makes them special and vintage. They may have minor imperfections or wear. I will notate any damage, stains, or significant wear.
-I do not accept returns as stated in my listing below shipping area. Please do not open up a inaccurate case with or leave negative response because JUST because you changed your mind about the item and are disappointed that I do not accept returns. If you have an issue/concern with the item I sent you, please contact me first and I will be happy to assist you. Please send me pictures of the issue/item and describe in detail for me.
-I do not sell fake or knock off items. So please don’t try to make an invalid accusation. I personally purchased these items or one of my family members have. I do not ship internationally, so I’m sorry any inconvenience this may cause you. I have international buyers blocked.
-All of my items have a 2-business day (Monday-Friday) handling time, unless it is one of my few items that are designated as “Fast n Free”. The 2- business day handling time means if you purchase something of mine on a Thursday, I am not required to ship it out until Monday (unless Friday or Monday is a holiday, then it is extended until Tuesday). Saturdays are not considered a business day. Same with holidays. With that being said, the majority of the time I usually will send out your package a day or so early depending on my schedule.
-I have turned on my Automatic Unpaid Item Case Assistant with . After 2 days of no payment, my account will automatically open a case. I will send payment reminders. You will have 4 additional days to pay for your item. If you do not, the case will automatically be closed and you will receive a unpaid strike against your account. If you make an best-offer and I accept it, please just pay promptly, so we do not have to go through this process.
-I keep an eye on the status of all my packages that I send out to make sure they are delivered to you. I will do the hard work of opening up refund claims, calling customer service, and missing mail cases with USPS if they have lost or if the package is taking forever. I do not include insurance to first class or media mail items if they are under $50. If you would like insurance added, please send me a message prior to paying, so I can send an invoice for the difference of $.
-If you are looking to purchase multiple items of mine and want to get combined shipping discount. PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR THEM RIGHT AWAY. Please send me a message first, then make best offers (even if you’d like to purchase it as the price I have listed) on the items you are looking to purchase. I will then accept your best offers and send a combined invoice to you with the shipping discount. You can THEN pay the invoice. I do not have a automatic combined shipping setting, because each item varies with weight, size, and type of shipping service.
-I do thorough research on all of my items (not just research on ). Just because a fellow seller is selling or sold a similar item to mine for much lower, does not mean my price is not reasonable or fair. I have patience and I would like to get the best price for my items. Please do not message me or make comments/ in the best-offer terms that- so and so is selling the same item for a lower price or question why I have something at the price I do. Please do not make a best offer for 50% lower then what I have my item at. It will be declined. I have had many ers question me and try to belittle me.
