A heathkit instrument designed to detect open or shorted capacitors while still in-circuit. Small and handy at 4 x 4 3/4 x 8 3/4. Comes with
probes and a strong and reactive eye tube.SUPER CONDITION....looks like it was built yesterday.Tested various capacitors on hand. Vast majority tested good, as expected,
but one cap with more age gave an intermittent response.
