2. PAYMENTS: Payments are expected at the time the listing has closed and you have won the purchase, offer or offer. E-bay allows up to 2 days (48 hours) for payment. Pay-Pal is preferred, but I will accept other forms of payment if necessary, if mailed promptly through the US mail.
3. SHIPPING: All items are shipped out the same day or next day depending upon the time of purchase. Media Mail and Parcel Post Mail can take up to 2 full weeks to arrive. There will be no refunds for lost or damaged items during shipping. Let me know if you would like to buy shipping insurance.
4. COMBINED SHIPPING: I do give a discount on books purchased that can be sent out all at the same time. The 1st book there is a charge of $4.00. The 2nd book through the 7th book there will be a charge of $2.00 each book. The 8th book and above there will be a charge of $1.00 each.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I do all my international shipping through E-bay. I have no control over the shipping prices; they are set by E-bay. I send the package to an E-bay hub in the United States and they disperse your package to you from that hub.
6. SMOKE-FREE-PET FREE: We collect our books from garage sales, rummage sales, book store sales, thrift stores, estate sales and friends. Due to this fact we can?t tell you if the item was from a smoke free or pet free environment.

If you have any issues regarding your purchase, please contact us and communicate with us so we can resolve any concerns. Otherwise please leave us a 5 star rating in your response. We try to leave response once a week for all sales in that week. Please leave your response after receiving your item. Please do not judge poorly the shipping time as we ship out the same or next day in most cases. To confirm this, you can look at the Postmark Date on your package and compare it to the time that your payment was received. Once your item is shipped, it is Out Of Our Hands and we have no control as to when it will be delivered.
8. RETURNS: Buyer must email us within 3 days of delivery. Refunds will only be given if there was a discrepancy in the item description. Otherwise this item is sold AS-IS and there will be no returns, refunds or exchanges accepted without the prior approval of the seller. All returns will be based on each situation individually. If the seller at that point accepts your return, all refunds will be the total price minus shipping cost already paid by the buyer and the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost back to the seller and there will be a restocking fee. (This fee is to offset the fees charged by E-bay and Pay-pal.)
