This is a Hewlett Packard rebranding of a Boonton Radio 250A Rx impedance bridge. This device essentially reads the LCR of complex passive networks across a wide band of RF frequencies. 50 KHz to 250 Mhz. It also works. It acurately displayed the 50 ohm termination on the test terminals on top. Comes with a copy of the original Boonton manual. Which tells you to use your fingers as a calibration setup.Nice cool vintage piece. Looks to be somewhat rare.
