Upfor sale is a tube based power supply for designing, testing andtroubleshooting circuits which typically require B+ voltages, bias suppliesand filament voltages. These Heathkit supplies are high quality units and thisone was is in excellent condition. There are separate panel meters formonitoring DC output current and voltage. The output binding posts areinsulated from the chassis to allow the high (B+) and bias (C-) to be used as either negative or positive voltage sources.

Thisunit has been refurbished by me. All capacitors have been checked using a ESRmeter and replaced as needed. All resistors have been checked and thoseoutside of factory specs have been replaced. The tubes were checked andreplaced as needed. The controls were cleaned and lubricated. Finally the supply was completely cleaned and calibrated.

Cosmeticallythis Heath power supply looks excellent. You can view the photos for overall condition.The metal cabinet has been repainted. Even the cabinet screws were polished. Afresh pair of matched Electro Harmonix 6L6GC tubes have been installed. Thesesupplies use a pair of 6L6GCs for regulation. As you probably guessed I really appreciate these supplies for their design, quality and versatility.
