Bought at an surplus sale so I know no history of it. I tried to turn on but I got no lights. I know nothing of these units. Fuse looks good but could be worng, I can barely see the line. It looks like it needs cleaning of tubes so I left it for you the buyer to trouble shoot. May be ready to go or may need fixing. Sold as-is. will be carefully packed and insured.
