Unit powers on and display and fan are working passes power on self test. Units fan is noisy and powers on when unit is switched off but plugged in. Sold as-is no returns no warranty. Please see pictures.

Repair Determination: When you plug this in, the fan turns on when the power switch is off and is noisy.
