Summary of Selling Policies
PaymentWe accept business checks, personal checks, PayPal, American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit cards, bank wire transfers,ACH, and, of course, cash foritems picked up at our facility.Sales TaxMachinery, Tooling and Accessories used in manufacturing are usually exempt from sales tax in our state (Ohio). A sales tax exemption certificatewill be required if you are a Ohio company. Equipment purchased for personal use is subject to sales tax if you are a Ohio resident.ShippingWe ship anywhere in the world. Small items (under 150 Lbs) can be shipped UPS. Larger items, sold in North America, are usually shipped via flat bed truck - loading at our warehouse is always free. If an item must be shipped via common carrier (enclosed truck) it must be skidded or partially crated. We are equipped to do this and will charge a small fee for this service when it is required. Common carrier is used primarily for items weighing between 150 Lbs and 1500 Lbs thatare notparticularly top heavy or delicate. Becausefreight on a common carrier is loaded on many different truck before it reaches it\'s destination we can not be responsable for damage fromhandling. For international shipping of machinery we can either crate for export (complete crating) or load the item or items into a container. We are very experienced in shipping large machines out of the country. There will be reasonable charges for export crating and/or containerization, based on the time and materials required.DeliveryWe ship as soon as possible after receipt of a business check, PayPal, credit card, money order or wire transfer. Personal checks we generally ship as soon as they clear. We ship small items via UPS almost every weekday and generally ship these items within 24 hours of clear funds (see rules above). Often with large items that must be shipped via truck we will wait a few days to find the lowest cost - meaning we will consolidate shipments of other items going in the same general direction so as to save you money on trucking. If you want expedited service where time is of the essence and money is no object we can ship the same day we are paid. This kind of service usually will cost substantially more, but it is your call and you will be the one paying for it. Special preparation, such as crating, can delay shipment a day or two. Almost every item that is paid for, no matter how large and no matter where it is going, is shipped within ten days.Refunds & Returns, 30 Day MDNA GuaranteeWe will accept for refund, for any reason, any item guaranteed by us within 30 days of our shipment, provided - 1) It is returned in the same condition it was shipped in (you can\'t break it then return it for a refund), 2) It is returned freight pre-paid (you must pay the freight charges to return the item to us). Our refund is limited to the amount you paid for the item, excluding any charges for shipping, crating, insurance etc. We will not deduct anything from this purchase price - no restocking fees or sale fees will be charged to you. This 30 day return privilege is offered on every item shipped from our stock (meaning we own the item), but it is not always available on those few items we are selling for others from their location.
