Local Pickup & Freight

We offer free local pickup from our warehouses in New Jersey and in Arizona.
If you would like to pick up your item, please indicate this in a message as soon as possible.
Local pickup is available during business hours only, Monday through Friday 10:30AM - 4:00PM EST.
We are not available for local pickup on the weekends.

Returns

Request for refund must be received within 30 days of delivery date.
Customer pays return shipping unless the item received was not as described in the listing.
Refund amount will be for sale price only. Shipping is not refundable unless the item received was not as described in the listing.

Instructions for returns:

Customers must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box prior to shipping the unit back.
Returns must include all accessories that were sent with the unit.
The returned item is received and inspected by our technicians within 72 hours of receipt.
Your refund will then be processed upon the conclusion of our inspection.
Failure to follow these instructions will result in delays in processing the return.

Payment

Buy It Now listings must be paid for immediately.
