Hello, and thanks for looking. Here we have a Leitz Object Marker Objective. I would like to start by saying that I don\'t know microscopes well (cameras yes, microscopes no) but recently acquired a small assortment of primarily Leitz microscopy items. I\'m doing my best quick research to try and identify each item and my best to provide you with an accurate assessment of the condition. Please see my other listings to see the rest. Item appears to be in excellent condition. Rotates freely. Tip adjusts smoothly via side wheel. Top section plunges presumably to avoid damaging delicate specimens. I do not know what the tip is made of or if it\'s a proper tip. I\'ve read many of these had diamond tips. Even under some magnification it\'s hard to say what the tip
