Item Details:Each phone is in great condition. All have been tested and all power on. When plugged into USB, each boots to the Polycom screen and then prepares for Microsoft sign-in. These phones are intended for use with Microsoft Communicator and Lync systems. The phones have ports on the back: one for handsets and the other for headsets, and of course the USB connection. Each phone in this lot comes with a handset and a USB cable. The phones are all in great shape, with minor cosmetic wear only. Minor signs typical of occasional use, no major damage - cracks, etc. Take a look at the photos for further information on the condition of the phone. I\'ve also provided a detailed shot of the item information from the underside of the unit and a close up of one of the handsets.

I ship most items that weigh over 3-5 lbs via Fedex or UPS ground. Items below that weight usually ship via USPS Priority Mail. Items below 14 Ounces ship via first class mail. Warranty Information:As Described - This item is fully described in the listing. If it has a known described defect then it is naturally sold without warranty for that defect. If the item is described as working then in will arrive that way.
If an item is damaged in shipping, the buyer must make an accurate record of the shipping damage (including packing material) to be able to present a claim if needed. I am not responsible for items damaged in shipping where the buyer does not keep proof of shipping damage. (We are all at the mercy of the carriers to some degree. It is one of the reasons I use FedEx primarily. UPS has been more likely to damage items and less likely to pay claims in my experience.) Overall damaged item cases are rare because I box and pack carefully and with appropriate materials.
Returns:
Returns are rare because of the care I take in assessing and describing my merchandise. Returns are not accepted for “buyer’s remorse,” so please be confident when making a purchasing decision. If for some reason you receive an item that does not seem to work as described, and the item was not damaged in shipping, please contact me. Often such a situation is easily resolved without an exchange.
Experience has taught me to take steps to protect myself against false returns of defective substitutes. However, for a legitimate return I will gladly refund the original purchase price of your item minus shipping if you follow these steps:
1) Contact me before filing a dispute. You can always file a dispute later. Things rarely need to come to that, and filing a dispute begins a process that limits the ways I can help you.
2) Let me know you have an item you need to return.
3) You must send back the exact same item in the exact same condition you received it. If damage was due to shipment error, you must pursue reparations through the carrier.
3) Ship the item so I receive it within 14 days of the date you first paid for the item.
4) Once I confirm the item is the original, I will provide a working replacement item. If one is not available, I will process a PayPal refund of the purchase price of the item. This does not include shipping cost, which is lost to the carrier.
