These phones were received during a recent office clean-out, according to our client all were fully operational and in use by staff members up until the time of removal. They are used phones and have some surface scratches, dust to the exterior casings but these are merely cosmetic flaws which do not affect functionality. These phones were all powered up with the test adapter we keep in house and then each was reset to it\'s original factory default settings and cleared of previous owners information. We are not on a compatible phone system so this was all the testing we were able to accomplish. These phones are100%FULLY FUNCTIONAL!
