NewMolteni Double Planetary Mixer Model RHBB-1300SV with a recommended maximumworking capacity of 264 gallons (1000 liters) and a full holding capacity of332 gallons (1260 liters).
·Removable-Vesseldesign configured for use with multiple mixing vessels.
·Single-PostElectro-hydraulic lifting system to raise and lower vacuum hood and agitatorsfrom the vessel.
·Limitswitches to prevent operation of agitator drives when the vacuum hood is liftedfrom mixing vessel or when the mixing vessel is removed from the mixingposition.
·Machinebody manufactured from steel and mounted to a steel pedestal to be mounted tothe floor. Includes vessel positioningguides and mixing vessel retention clamping arrangement.
MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION:
·Allproduct contact parts including agitators, inside of vessel and inside ofvacuum hood to be type 304 stainless steel.
·Fullysealed gearbox.
·Type304 stainless steel stirrers and stirrer shafts.
·110kW, (148 HP) 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz motor for the Mixing Blades.
·55kW, (74 HP) 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz motor for the Planetary and Scraper Group.
·5.5kW (7.5 HP) service pump for vacuum hood and agitator lifting system.
·Stainlesssteel jacket on the sides and bottom rated for 5.5 BarG (80 psig). Jacket includes ASME code stamp and NationalBoard registration.
·Flushmounted Pt-100 ohm RTD probe in lower sidewall of mixing vessel for temperaturemeasurement.
·Two(2) fixed and two (2) swivel caster wheels.
·One(1) 400 mm x 200 mm rectangular charging chute with a 3” sight port and swingbolt closures. Charging chute to be astall as possible. Includes removable funnelfor ingredient addition.
·One(1) 3” diameter combination sight and light port with Pyrex glass, Vitongasket, clamp and light source.
