It has only been used for development in an office environment, and has never been installed or used in a field situation. I used this device to evaluate an in-house system, writing custom software to operate it. This was quite easy using the "Universal Software Library", which can be downloaded from a number of places on-line for free. The unit itself performed superbly, easily meeting its specifications.
