This product is warrantied for 30 days from the date of shipment against defective arrival. Defective or DOA products must be reported within 30 days of shipment; no returns will be processed after the 30-day DOA warranty is over. Each product is tested and is in good working condition when it is shipped Unless it is marked for parts or repair. On rare occasions, damages may occur while in transit.
As an electronic recycling company, we warranty hardware only, we do not provide any support or service or warranty for any equipment with software issues. If you purchase something from us with an operating system or has software it is only because we where able to recover it from the hard drive, also note that when purchasing hardware with operating systems, although we do the best we can with making sure the primary functions on your hardware are working with your operating, the buyer may need to make there own updates to drivers in order to assure equipment is fully functioning with software.
Determining compatibility with your existing parts, hardware, and/or software is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please visit manufacturing website or call their customer service for more detailed technical information and for compatibility questions.

We Do Not Except Shipping Damaged Returns
Our shipping terms apply to the major 48 states only, there will be extra charges for orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.
We do not except returns that have been damaged through shipping without the buyer following the proper procedure, if the customer receives an item that appears damaged from the shipping carrier that looks mishandled, damaged or heavily handled by the appearance of the box we strongly recommend our customer to refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. We will not provide a refund for items that have been damaged by the shipping carrier unless they are refused by our customers first or have given us the time needed to make and receive a claim with our carrier, in order for us to handle the claim properly. The reason for this policy is that shipping carriers will not honor or reimburse any returns from damage after the return is shipped back from the customer and the claim is handled at our location, The damaged item claim must be handled at the customers location or we will not have funds to reimburse our customer.
We will honor a return if the item(s) have been deemed to be defective during the warranty period. In order to return the item, you must email us first and obtain an RMA number for us to process. Sending something back without first receiving a valid RMA number will exclude you from receiving credit. We charge a restocking fee of %15 on returns for PCs that have operating system issues ,upgrades, or driver issues, the buyer is responsible for assuring there drivers are satisfactory, if there are any driver issues we will take it back for the restocking fee.

Damaged Arrivals Policy:
If you receive a package that appears punctured or damaged we encourage the buyer to refuse the shipment, if the shipment is not refused and item is damaged on arrival the buyer is required to hold the item for an insurance claim to effectively be processed. After the claims process a refund will be issued and the item will be removed from the buyers location.
