This is an IP phone. You should not expect to just plug it in and have it work. You will need to log into the phone and the phone system to register the phone.Not responsible for compatibility issues.
A new, open box, Polycom VVX501 color phone. Comes with a handset, the stand, and a new handset cord.
It has been reset to factory options. (admin password=456). Then we register it with a SIP phone system, test the phone and reset it back to default.
This phone will work as a standard SIP phone or Microsoft Lync. You go into network config to option it for Lync. It is defaulted to SIP as shipped. This does not come with a power supply, which is not needed for most installations. Most installations have PoE available.
Tested but no warranty.
