We cannot resolve your issue if you do not give us a chance to do so.
2. We only accept returns if they:
a. Are within the warranty period listed on the item. Most items carry a 14-day guarantee.
b. If you order the wrong size, be aware that you will have to pay to ship it back to us and you will be charged a shipping fee to ship the correct size to you. So please check your size and the size chart listed for most clothing items.

We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee for orders with wrong sizes or items returned to us in NOT NEW condition.
